Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Krelvone is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy describes the standards we enforce for all communications sent through or in connection with our platform, and the obligations that apply to users, participants, and any party who uses our services to send messages of any kind.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all electronic communications originating from or facilitated by Krelvone, including but not limited to email messages, platform notifications, automated messages, newsletters, promotional communications, and any outreach sent by users through features provided by our services.
It applies to Krelvone as a sender of communications to its own users, and equally to any individual or organization that uses Krelvone's platform, tools, or infrastructure to send communications to others.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam refers to any unsolicited, bulk, deceptive, or otherwise unwanted electronic communication. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unsolicited commercial messages sent to recipients who have not given explicit prior consent
- Messages sent in bulk without a legitimate relationship or consent basis
- Communications containing false, misleading, or disguised sender information
- Messages with deceptive subject lines or content that misrepresents the nature of the communication
- Repeated unsolicited contact after an opt-out or unsubscribe request has been made
- Phishing attempts, fraudulent offers, or any message designed to deceive recipients
- Messages that harvest, scrape, or exploit contact information obtained without authorization
2. Our Commitment as a Sender
Krelvone sends electronic communications only to individuals who have provided a legitimate basis for contact. This includes registered users, seminar participants, and individuals who have voluntarily subscribed to receive updates or communications from us.
2.1 Consent and Legitimate Interest
We send communications only when one or more of the following conditions are met:
- The recipient has explicitly opted in to receive communications from Krelvone
- The communication is a direct consequence of a service the recipient has registered for or actively uses
- There exists a prior and documented relationship that reasonably establishes the recipient's expectation of contact
2.2 Sender Identification
All communications sent by Krelvone will clearly identify Krelvone as the sender. We will never obscure, falsify, or misrepresent our identity, domain, or the nature of the communication in any message header, subject line, or body content.
2.3 Unsubscribe and Opt-Out
Every promotional or non-transactional communication we send will include a clear and functional mechanism for recipients to opt out of future communications. Opt-out requests will be honored promptly and without requiring unnecessary steps from the recipient. We do not condition service access on acceptance of promotional communications.
2.4 Content Standards
All messages sent by Krelvone will accurately reflect their purpose in the subject line and body. We will not use misleading headers, fabricated urgency, or deceptive framing in any communication.
3. User Obligations
If you use Krelvone's platform in any capacity that involves sending messages to other users or to external parties, you are required to comply with this policy in full. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access to our services.
3.1 Prohibited Sending Practices
Users are strictly prohibited from using Krelvone's platform or any associated tools to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages of any kind
- Import or use contact lists obtained without verifiable consent from each individual recipient
- Send messages that contain false sender information or that impersonate another person or organization
- Distribute content that is abusive, fraudulent, or designed to mislead recipients
- Circumvent or suppress unsubscribe mechanisms in outgoing communications
- Continue sending messages to a recipient who has requested to opt out
- Use automated tools to generate or dispatch messages in a way that evades spam detection or volume controls
3.2 List Management
Users who send communications to groups of recipients are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and consent-verified contact lists. Lists must not include addresses obtained through scraping, purchasing, renting, or any method that lacks individual recipient consent. Bounce management and suppression of invalid or opted-out addresses must be handled diligently and on a continuous basis.
3.3 Content Responsibility
Users bear full responsibility for the content, accuracy, and appropriateness of messages they send through or in connection with Krelvone's platform. Messages must not contain malware, deceptive links, hidden redirects, or content that violates applicable standards of acceptable communication.
4. Enforcement
Krelvone monitors platform usage for patterns consistent with spam behavior. When a violation of this policy is identified or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Temporarily suspend the user's ability to send communications through the platform
- Permanently terminate the user's account and access to all services
- Remove or quarantine messages identified as spam before they reach recipients
- Report the activity to relevant technical infrastructure providers, including mail delivery services and network operators
- Preserve and disclose relevant records where required by a lawful request
Enforcement decisions are made at Krelvone's sole discretion based on the severity, frequency, and nature of the violation.
5. Reporting Spam
If you have received a communication that you believe violates this policy, or if you suspect that Krelvone's platform is being misused to send spam, we encourage you to report it to us directly. You may contact our support team at the following address:
Email: support@krelvone.com
Please include as much detail as possible in your report, including the full message content, header information where available, and the date and time the message was received. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action based on our findings.
6. Third-Party Services
Krelvone may use third-party email delivery providers, notification services, or communication infrastructure to facilitate message delivery. These providers are selected in part based on their own commitment to anti-spam standards and deliverability best practices. Krelvone remains responsible for its own communications regardless of the technical infrastructure used to deliver them.
7. Changes to This Policy
Krelvone may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable standards. When material changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
